OneTicket is IBM's internal IT ticketing system. I led the redesign of the landing page and FAQ experience and have since added significant functionality to the platform — reducing average triage time by 45%. I'm currently co-leading a full redesign of Fyre, one of IBM's core internal products, rethinking the experience from the ground up.
